Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Shift Engineer to join our Power House team at Mondelēz International. As a Relief Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our power house facilities, including utilities, maintenance management, and waste water management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with line leaders to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets for the lines.
  • Own the technology and process for equipment and centerline settings, and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment.
  • Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, and build capability of the team to execute themselves.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM standards.
  • Capability to lead a role for the line, qualify and coach the next level SWP owners, and drive common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach.
  • Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, coaching team members on performance management and career development.
Education/Certifications
  • Stationary Engineer - Class 2 certification required or Refrigeration Class A.
Work Schedule
  • Regular business hours M-F (On-site).
