Job Title: Platform Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Recruiting From Scratch. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in shaping our platform's operational excellence and building tools that enable our engineers to create performant, scalable, and resilient applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions using Kubernetes, Postgres, and AWS.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and troubleshooting tools for Postgres DB.
  • Manage CI pipelines and runners to ensure smooth deployment of applications.
  • Contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system uptime, performance metrics, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Loki, DataDog, Sentry, etc).
  • Backend Python/Django experience.
