Nursing Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Practice Education Instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in teaching, coaching, and supervising nursing students in lab and clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and mentor nursing students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and revision of curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Participate in program activities, stakeholder engagement, and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Travel may be required to fulfill the duties of this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan.
- Minimum of two years recent and relevant experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply adult education principles and facilitate small group learning.
- Competence in using technology, including the internet, email, and MS Office Suite software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and promoting inclusivity.
