Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Hill Top Motel & Restaurant. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, client focus, dependability, flexibility, organized, and reliability.
