Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task delegation
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and reliability
