About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at AYAT MATTRESS MANUFACTURING LIMITED. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
