Yard Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Yard Maintenance Person to join our team at ATCO Structures. As a key member of our yard operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our yard equipment and assets, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized yard, ensuring quick deployment and security.
- Package and unpack equipment and materials, ensuring they are properly secured for transportation.
- Collaborate with logistics companies, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on fleet assets and update the yard map as needed.
- Construction knowledge or experience in the modular industry is an asset.
- Strong safety orientation, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, work well in a changing environment, and possess a sense of urgency.
- Discipline towards meeting deadlines and strong personal time management.
- Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
- Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to perform moderate to heavy lifting duties and operate equipment such as skid steer, loader, and forklift.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite.
