Executive Director of Senior Living

As the General Manager at Sienna Senior Living, you will be the cornerstone of our community, driving and sustaining a culture that inspires our core values – positivity, accountability, community, and caring.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Build a high-performing management team and develop short and long-term operational plans for efficient operation.
- Provide support and direction to the team to achieve targeted occupancy, Net Operating Income, and Operating Margin.
- Ensure site-level compliance with all applicable provincial regulations.
- Partner with the Director of Wellness and Sales Advisor to create and execute a strong outreach strategy to increase/maintain occupancy.
- Foster positive community partnerships with health and service providers, business leaders, civic officials, and other community agencies to promote the home as an integral part of the community.
- A welcoming culture that values diversity and differing perspectives, experiences, and beliefs.
- A Short Term Incentive Plan and Health & Dental benefits program.
- A dynamic and compassionate team environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality, or a similar sector.
- A proven track record of effective team management, budget management, and operational excellence.
- Experience in sales and marketing, crucial for driving occupancy and engaging the community.
Sienna Senior Living is one of Canada's largest owners and operators of 81 seniors' living residences, in addition to managing 12 residences for third parties. Our portfolio includes long-term care and retirement residences across Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Alberta.
