  • Collaborate with the Cash and Admin teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
  • Ensure that all departmental standards are met, including excellent customer service, high-quality products, and proper food safety procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
