Pete's Frootique is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Front End Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency in the Front End of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Front End and Admin teams to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Cash and Admin teams to ensure seamless operations and high performance.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, product quality, and cash handling procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Pete's Frootique by participating in store initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
