We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at VEHNIWAL CARRIER LTD. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and training other workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to other administrative staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
