Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at VEHNIWAL CARRIER LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and train junior administrative staff.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
