About the Role:
Easylife Property Management Inc is seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our properties, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure our properties are well-maintained and efficiently managed.
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of our property owners, ensuring the best possible terms.
- Oversee the preparation and administration of contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs.
- Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income, preparing regular reports for our property owners.
- Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or business.
- Experience in property management or a related field is an asset.
