We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Summerhill Property Mgt.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Supervise Support Staff: Oversee the recruitment and management of operational, clerical, and maintenance staff.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
- Reporting: Prepare expense and income reports for management review.
- Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to client or tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a property management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Tight Deadlines: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Client Focus: Excellent client service skills and a client-centric approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
