Job Summary

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes preparing production reports, supervising workers and projects, and training or arranging for training as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Review and approve all job proofs or samples to ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure that team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
