Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Knights On Guard. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards
- Assisting clients with special needs
- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments
- Establishing work schedules and procedures
- Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
The Security Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of 5-10 security guards
- Coordinating activities with other departments
- Establishing work schedules and procedures
- Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
To be successful as a Security Supervisor, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Security Guard License
