Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at SAFETY FIRST SECURITY SERVICES INC.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of security posts and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure experience for clients.
- Train and develop security guards to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on security-related issues and concerns.
- 5-10 years of experience in security management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Security Guard License.
- Criminal record check.
The Security Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Security Supervisor will work 35-40 hours per week.
