Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Newpoint Insurance Services Inc. in a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company standards.
  • Establish work priorities, manage deadlines, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining financial records.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to optimize efficiency.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The working hours for this position are 30 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • Possess a high school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Have at least one year to less than two years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Be proficient in English, the primary language used in the workplace.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
