Job Summary:

Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work on documenting current SAP HCM and ESS/MSS portal solutions, while providing support for payroll management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documenting Administration and Customizations: Documenting administration and customizations of ESS/MSS portals, including configuration and management of SAP Enterprise Portals.
  • SAP ECC HCM Configurations: Documenting SAP ECC HCM configurations and related processes, such as Adobe Forms and workflows.
  • Integrations and Documentation: Documenting integrations between ESS/MSS and SAP ECC HCM, including roles, permissions, and customizations within services and portlets.
  • Production Issue Troubleshooting: Analyzing and troubleshooting production issues, providing fixes as needed.
  • Collaboration and Development: Collaborating with ABAP developers for custom payroll functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  1. SAP Enterprise Portal Administration and Customization:
  • Experience with configuring and managing SAP Enterprise Portals, including HCM forms, roles, and navigation.
  1. SAP HCM Modules:
  • Proficient in configuring HCM modules (Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll) for Canada Payroll.
  1. Payroll Configuration:
  • Expertise in payroll configuration (e.g., wage types, payroll schemas, tax calculations) and execution of payroll processes.
  1. Documentation Skills:
  • Ability to reverse-engineer SAP HCM solutions and document functional specifications.
  1. Development Knowledge:
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, WebDynpro, and middleware tools.
  1. Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for gathering requirements and explaining complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, optimizing solutions, and addressing business requirements.
