This role is responsible for executing project management tasks to support the business unit (Defence & Security) on the delivery of post-delivery projects, services, spares, and repairs. The successful candidate will lead the business measurements analysis and reporting of the business unit, providing recommendations to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and lead project management processes, including planning, controlling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Liaise with Project Management and Finance to set up warranty projects and budget.
  • Execute all project initiation, setup, and closures.
  • Support the resolution of complex project activities.
  • Prepare commercial invoices for ad-hoc shipments.
  • Maintain SharePoint.
  • Support export control processes and payment reporting to the Export Control Group.
  • Execute project and portfolio business financials cycles, providing reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Perform monthly financial reviews, analysis with management.
  • Create annual and monthly forecasting reports on spares, repairs, and services.
  • Create quarterly engineering and manufacturing manpower reporting to support the delivery of services.
  • Analysis project review cycles (PRC) and recommend a way forward.
  • Identify discrepancies and recommend a way forward.
  • Perform, track, and maintain invoicing and payment schedules.
  • Prepare and process customer change orders (CCO).
  • Creation of purchase orders (PO).
  • Prepare and submit project hedging.
  • Support Finance in accounts receivable (A/R).
  • Reconcile customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or college degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
  • Results-driven, invest time on task-adding value, and is financially conscious when delivering results.
