At LED GIANT, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts and identify top talent to drive business success.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing and posting job notices, collecting and screening applicants, and advising on employment requirements and terms.
  • Responsibilities will include reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants, coordinating selection boards, and notifying applicants of results.
  • This role will also involve negotiating settlements of appeals, co-ordinating termination processes, and determining eligibility to entitlements.
  • A strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, and reliability are essential for this position.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, a dynamic work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a full-time position based at our office location. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
