Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Loblaw Talent Acquisition Specialist.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and select candidates for various roles within the company. You will also provide guidance and support to new hires during their onboarding process.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. You must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures. You should have experience working with employment equity policies and practices, as well as knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
- Managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and providing administrative support to hiring managers
- Providing guidance and support to new hires during their onboarding process
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
