Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
- Market Research and Planning: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Staffing and Development: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Work Setting: Sales, door-to-door selling.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Database software.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication.
- Free Parking: Available.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language of Work: English.
- Hours of Work: 35 to 40 hours per week.
