Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales operations and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Direct and control daily sales operations, evaluate performance, and plan and organize sales strategies.
- Staff Management: Manage a team of sales staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Market Research: Study market trends and consumer demand to inform sales strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our sales team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
