Karaky Grocery Store is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
