Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Cubbon Building Centre Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain sales records and inventory levels
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and preparing sales materials
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
