About the Role

As a Seasonal Crew Chief, you'll be responsible for overseeing the completion of painting projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service. Your strong communication skills and ability to motivate your team will be essential in achieving our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of painters to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure daily cleanliness of the work site and maintain a high standard of quality
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist in project management and provide input on day-to-day responsibilities

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • High school diploma
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary)
  • Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
  • Strong communication skills
