Are you a motivated and hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and leading a team? Do you have a passion for painting and a desire to learn the ins and outs of a growing business? We are seeking a Seasonal Crew Chief to join our team at JK Home Services - Scarborough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of painting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site
  • Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners
  • Manage projects and demonstrate initiative in daily responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle
  • High school diploma
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary)
  • Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Coachable
