Are you a motivated and hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and leading a team? Do you have a passion for painting and a desire to learn the ins and outs of a growing business? We are seeking a Seasonal Crew Chief to join our team at JK Home Services - Scarborough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the completion of painting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and communication
  • Manage daily project tasks, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hands-on work, preferably in painting or a related field
  • Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
