Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custom Harvest Crewperson to join our team at Elite Balsam Products Incorporated. As a key member of our harvest crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe harvesting of coniferous trees.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and seasonal harvesting goals.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in coniferous tree harvesting.
  • Work in a rural area with varying weather conditions, including wet and damp environments.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility and reliability.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.
  • Ability to work 40 to 70 hours per week, with a seasonal schedule.
  • Fluency in English is required for this position.
