About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Custom Harvest Crew Member at Elite Balsam Products Incorporated. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the harvesting of coniferous trees in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the harvesting of coniferous trees in a rural area setting
  • Work in a team environment to ensure efficient and safe harvesting operations
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, and handling heavy loads
  • Adhere to government programs and recognized employer standards
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work 40 to 70 hours per week
  • Fluency in English language
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with a positive attitude
