Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Custom Harvest Crew Member at Elite Balsam Products Incorporated. As a key member of our harvest crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the harvesting of coniferous trees in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the harvesting of coniferous trees in a rural area setting.
  • Work in a team environment to meet production targets and ensure efficient harvesting operations.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling to collect and process harvested trees.
  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment as required to support harvesting operations.
  • Work in a wet/damp environment and be able to withstand varying weather conditions.
  • Meet physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and walking on uneven terrain.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Will train on the job to develop necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential for this role.
Work Environment

As a member of our harvest crew, you will work in a rural area setting, outdoors, and in a wet/damp environment. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. The work will be physically demanding, and you will be required to perform manual labor tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
