Job Summary:

The Corporate Communications Specialist is a key member of the TD Bank team, responsible for creating and distributing economic research through various channels. This role requires expertise in graphic design, web development, and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Publication Assembly: Assemble and review TD Economics research publications using Adobe InDesign, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Content Distribution: Post TD Economics research on the company website in a timely manner, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with internal partners to meet corporate translation requirements and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Presentation Deck Creation: Collaborate with TD Economic Research Analysts to create engaging presentation decks for client presentations.
  • Formatting and Review: Conduct formatting reviews and email TD research to distribution lists, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Social Media Support: Contribute to TD Economic social media strategies, enhancing the company's online presence.
  • Communication Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical communications to disseminate TD Economic research.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in web development, graphic design, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with web analytics and search engine optimization.
  • Language Skills: English (French is an asset).
