Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support our business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in needs assessments with internal clients to understand hiring expectations
  • Write and post job advertisements on our website and other platforms
  • Manage recruitment for various roles in factories and on construction sites
  • Respond to candidates via email and phone for quick and effective communication
  • Conduct background checks and employment reference verifications
  • Collaborate in the pre-screening of resumes for positions with a high volume of applications
  • Consult and manage unsolicited applications
  • Support the talent acquisition team in various projects
  • Translate various documents from French to English and vice versa
  • Contribute to AGF Rebar Inc.'s employer branding activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition in a manufacturing setting
  • Excellent spoken and written French and English are required
  • Diploma in Human Resources is a strong asset
  • Ability to travel to Kitchener and Scarborough locations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
