About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Groupe AGF. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in needs assessments with internal clients to understand hiring expectations
  • Write and post job advertisements on our website and other platforms
  • Manage recruitment for various roles in factories and on construction sites
  • Respond to candidates via messaging platforms
  • Conduct background checks and employment reference verifications
  • Collaborate in the pre-screening of resumes for high-volume positions
  • Translate documents from French to English and vice versa
  • Support the talent acquisition team in various projects
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition in a manufacturing setting. You must have excellent spoken and written French and English skills, as well as the ability to travel to our locations in Kitchener and Scarborough. You should also have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
