About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Schedules: Create and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demands.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages and optimize stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage the departmental budget to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a production management role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the fabricated metal industry.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Windows.
