Job Title: Production Director

Trans-United Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Production Director to lead our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities, ensuring compliance with safety, production outputs, productivity, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets.
  • Organize departmental management structure and teams for operational efficiency.
  • Review and adjust specific workforce activities, task schedules, and assignments to meet established production schedules and plans.
  • Ensure a healthy and safe work environment and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Champion a positive labor relations culture and adhere to HR policies and standards.
  • Assist the COO with long-range operating goals and implementation of new technologies and expansion efforts.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate an asset.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing sector experience up to upper management level.
  • Demonstrated process improvement experience.
  • Excellent process analysis and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with MRP Software, MS Excel.
  • Good communication, verbal and written skills in English.
  • Effective use of time management and goal setting initiatives.
