Registered Veterinary Technologist, RVT

Lynn Valley Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) to join our team of veterinary professionals.

We offer a local community feeling, mentorship, and additional training opportunities.

  • Have completed a Veterinary Technologist or Animal Health Technologist program.
  • New graduates with knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy are welcome to apply.
  • Surgical preparation, assisting, and patient recovery.
  • Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Compassionate care for hospitalized patients and their pet parents.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills or the ability to ask clarifying questions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with colleagues and pet parents.
  • Passion to learn within the role.
  • A love for all companion animals.

We can assist with preparing for the VTNE.
