Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and working effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation
  • Prepare and portion food items according to our menu standards
  • Operate food preparation equipment, such as grills and fryers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards for food safety and quality
Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales and drive revenue growth
Teamwork and Communication
  • Work effectively with colleagues to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive guest experience
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Will train on the job, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and maintaining a high level of energy and productivity
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain a high level of energy and productivity
