Key Responsibilities
  • Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool
  • Orchestrate customer/branch relationships and collaborate with local and regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management resources
  • Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing necessary customer paperwork
  • Attend training and development sessions to develop selling skills and update Expeditors Product and Service knowledge
  • Involvement in local trade groups, as directed by the District Sales Manager
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Strong rapport and relationship-building focus
  • Previous Sales experience in 3PL industry an asset
  • Sales experience in Oil and Energy
