Job Description
We are seeking a Learning and Development Strategist to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting a corporate learning culture and organizational effectiveness, development, and change initiatives. The successful candidate will conduct and evaluate learning and organizational development needs assessments to identify current trends and future requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.\
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.\
  • Provide coaching and mentoring services to staff and management.\
  • Facilitate internal programs to promote employee growth and development.\
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.\


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • \
  • A university degree or equivalent in adult education, instructional design, or a related field.\
  • A minimum of five years' experience in adult learning, needs analysis, program design, facilitation, coaching, and evaluation.\
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs.\
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.\
  • A valid 'G' driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.\
