Train Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Estimate Ingredients and Supplies

Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards of Hot Star Large Fried Chicken.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.

Reporting

Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is required.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Physical Demands

Standing for extended periods and physically demanding tasks.

Security and Safety

Criminal record check is required.

Working Conditions

Permanent position with 30 hours per week.

English is the primary language of communication.
