Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Spruce'd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Stock linen closets and clean kitchen and bathroom areas
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or services
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential
