We are seeking a skilled Delicatessen Clerk to join our team at Calgary Co-op. As a key member of our Deli team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and efficient operation, and adhering to company policies and standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and organized store operations.
- Perform all aspects of Deli Clerk functions, including stocking, displays, and facing.
- Handle merchandise, ensuring quality, minimizing damages, and maintaining price integrity.
- Perform general clean-up duties, including cleaning spills and display fixtures.
- Grade 9 or equivalent education and experience.
- Previous retail or related experience.
- Fluency in English (CLBA-Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment score of 5 or higher).
- Deli product knowledge and experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
