The Project Administrator position at CRB requires an organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for assigned projects.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and document control for assigned project(s), including schedule management, administrative assistance, and maintaining professional communications with the team, discipline leads, project managers, client, subcontractors, vendors, and sub-consultants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project schedules and documents
- Provide administrative support for project coordination and meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum Qualifications
- An Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Up to two years of administrative experience, preferably in the AEC industry
Additional Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills for Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Deltek Vision accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
