About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store, restocking shelves, and responding to customer inquiries.

Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  4. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  5. Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in transactions.
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
