Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Promote and sell Bell Canada's products and services to customers, including wireless plans, devices, and accessories
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Bell Canada's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
