Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Connect6 Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services to customers.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on products or services.
  • Process sales transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
