At Annex Consulting Group, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to fulfill Performance Measurement functions, particularly developing and/or reviewing or expanding performance measurement strategies.
Our client, a valued Public sector organization, requires the provision of IT Business, Innovation, Transformation, Project Management, Human resources, and Instructional/ Training resources in support of the functional development, maintenance, and production support for legacy systems as well as any new systems that may come under development, and related work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling Performance Measurement functions, particularly developing and/or reviewing or expanding performance measurement strategies;
- Fulfilling Business Intelligence functions, including building and adjusting reporting capabilities and reporting formats in Cognos;
- Evaluating existing procedures and methods, identifying and documenting items such as database content, structure, application subsystems;
- Defining and documenting interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
As a Business Analyst at Annex Consulting Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including IT professionals, business leaders, and subject matter experts. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and implementing changes to improve business processes and performance.
