Job Title: Business Systems Analyst, Intermediate

Donna Cona Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will lead consulting and implementation services within the Global Corporate Technology portfolio, focusing on Human Resources and SuccessFactors Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consulting services on large-scale ERP technical/SaaS implementations, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Work with demanding business areas, managing relationships and setting expectations.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration and/or requesting technical development.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external technical partners to investigate and research problems and provide solutions.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as implementation of Releases and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • University degree or certification in computer science.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience as Sr. BSA/Functional IT Consultant within HR.
  • Experience working within SDLC/Agile: analysis, design, configuration, prototyping, testing deployment with cloud and on-premises applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
